Filling a much needed gap in the market DUST is Brighton’s newest grassroots music venue and club, here to support and nurture the most exciting new music from across the world. Centrally located minutes away from Brighton train station, on major bus routes and a stone’s throw from the Palace Pier, DUST occupies the basement of the historic Savoy Centre. Built in 1930, designed by the same revered Art Deco architect William R. Glen whose buildings include EartH in Hackney, the Savoy Centre was the cities flagship entertainment centre, over the years housing cinemas, restaurants, cafés and dance halls. DUST delivers a high quality experience with a newly fitted out powerful Martin Audio sound system and LX found in venues twice its size. Hitting the ground running, DUST has already hosted shows from some of the most exciting breaking acts including: Hotwax, FatDog, deathcrash, Haley Blais, Ratboys, and many more to come. Experience a dynamic array of club events at our venue! Immerse yourself in the raw emotions of Emo/Nu Metal on Tuesdays, groove to the vibrant beats of Afrobeats every Thursday, and embrace the eclectic mix of House, Drum and Bass, Indie, and Hip Hop during our weekend events. Don't miss the empowering atmosphere at "Crushed," our LGBTQIA+ focused monthly lesbian night, and feel the rhythm at "Street Justice," where indie and hip hop collide. Join us for unforgettable nights filled with diverse music and inclusive vibes.
